So I guess I made the mistake of putting the Venture Brothers on the tv in front of my 5 year old sister. She pointed to the clones of Hank and Dean and asked "What are those?" to which I replied "Those are clones"
"Oh... what are clones?"
"Well, its when they take a little piece of you and put it in a test tube so they can grow another you." I said while pinching her arm and pretending to put it into an invisible tube.
"...That's creepy" she said while grabbing her shoulders and shuddering a little bit
"... where do the clones live?"
"With the scientists."
She couldn't finish the episode after that.

But that doesn't hold a candle to the conversation my sister had with my boyfriend and father.

She hears Doctor Girlfriend talking to the Monarch and looks to my boyfriend and says "She has a man's voice". He chuckled a little bit and she asked "How come she has that?"
"Well we really don't know, they never told us." at which point my dad steps in and says
"Well Hunny, there are many theories. The most appropriate one for you to know is that she smokes, the the most appropriate one for me to know is that she chokes."

Oh, she will be an interesting one when she grows up.
